The work was done well and in a timely manner. He updated me daily while the work was being performed. I was in the market to replace my driveway while requesting different quote I came across Vazquez Millan Concrete. I spoke with the owner and within two days he was at my property and I had a quote in hand. He pulled require permits and was on time to start driveway. It took two day for the driveway to be completed. His team was extremely courteous and respectful of my property. The owner of the company was working alongside and directing all aspect of demolition and cleanup from the first day. I was impressed how they left the property the first day. After pouring the concrete the staff replace all the dirt and clean the street, sideway and all they encountered. I would most definitely recommend Vazquez Millan Concrete for any concrete work. The owner and the team are professionals and everything you would expect from a small business.

Reasonably priced, very communicative, on time, crew worked fast and efficiently. Project manager would provide updates throughout the day. Concrete slab with demolition of existing done in 1 day. Highly recommend. Scheduling was tricky due to the rainy weather.

Armando was very easy to work with. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and has left us with a perfectly finished new sidewalk. He was slightly more expensive than other contractors who priced the job ($200) but I didn't try to negotiate the cost - chose to use him because of his communication skills and explanation of what he planned to do. I am very glad I chose this company over others..
